With an international team of cooks and Mateusz Ciarka at the helm as the chef, Sante Restaurant will introduce you to the distinct flavours of both European and Asian cuisine. Thanks to the use of high-quality local produce our food tastes like home-cooked meals, while the recipes based on Sante brand products make the dishes we prepare unique.

Our bar offers a wide selection of alcoholic drinks and our experienced sommelier will happily advise you on the right beverage to choose. You can order food and drinks directly from the pool and sauna area using the touchscreen. Your order will be delivered to the Snack Bar in the spa area.

You will have access to a TV, a projector with a ceiling-mounted projector screen and a state-of-the-art sound system. There is a designated DJ space for dance and team-building events and the option to hire a cocktails machine for making cocktails, so you can have a nice time while saving money.

Meet our team

Daria Antolik – Gastronomy Manager at the Sante Restaurant. He has over 15 years of management experience in prestigious restaurants, including restaurants run by Mr. Jarczyński and Mr. Wachowicz. During her career, she managed famous places such as Jeff’s Pola Mokotowskie, Banjaluka, Frida, Willa Biała and Dzien i Noc w Hala Mirowska. Thanks to many years of work in the catering industry, she has gained comprehensive experience at every level of management. He treats his approach to managerial work as a mission, aiming to meet all, even the smallest, needs of guests. He inspires with his motto: “If you do what you love, you will never have to work a day.”

Mateusz Ciarka – Chef at the Sante Restaurant. Culinary enthusiast with many years of experience in the catering industry. A graduate of a culinary school specializing in cook, who developed his skills by working in leading restaurants in Warsaw, such as Dyspensa, Amber Room and Wino Sfera. He expanded his culinary and organizational experience by providing catering for famous figures from the Polish world of film and sports. Cooking is his life’s passion, which is confirmed by numerous participations in culinary competitions and training, including specialized courses in Asian cuisine. His passion for traveling allowed him to explore the flavors of European cuisine, from Albania through France to Italy. His dishes, prepared with deep love and attention to detail, reflect his extraordinary talent and taste. A chef whose approach and commitment has gained recognition among both guests and the culinary elite. His motto is: “I do impossible things right away, for miracles you have to wait a while.”
